Solon Pitarides Developments Ltd had an ambitious plan to build a new 10,000 m2 office building in a strategic location that would include luxury offices for wealthy businesses as well as two double-height penthouses. When complete, the 8-storey building would have iconic status, boasting views across the city.
We were tasked with creating a brand story that communicates the great vision behind this unbuilt tower. We gave the project the name of “Summit Tower” because we wanted to underpin its prestigious and – both literal and metaphorical – high status. The logo in the form of an 8 has been designed to illustrate the shape and the levels of the building, and while we wanted to promote the sense of exclusivity, a colour palette of black and white was introduced to the visual representation and the brochure.
